Mission Statement
Indiana Mid-America Public Health Training Center (IN MAPTHC) is dedicated to the improvement of public health practices for the health, safety, and welfare of Hoosiers.  As a collaborative, multi-disciplinary organization, MAPHTC promotes, supports, and delivers public health education to improve the skills and abilities of Indiana’s public health professionals.

Philosophy of Education
We believe educational programs are an integral part of equipping public health professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to enhance their own lives and the lives of those they serve.   We recognize that adults have unique needs based on learning styles and life experiences and strive to honor those differences in all educational programs, regardless of the modalities.   We are committed to serving public health professionals and our community.
